It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond F. Shafer Jr. of Glenville, New York, born in Delanson, New York, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Shafer, Sr. and Elsie Shafer (Bradt); his son James Love (Tina); and his brother Loren. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Shafer (Gabso); his children, Anthony (Angel), Katrina (Shafer), Westfall (Dave), Timothy Shafer (Julia), Dan Love (Marybeth), Mike Love (Jim), Ray Shafer (David) and Kelly Shafer Bagnato (Enry); and his siblings, Susie, Paula and Richie.
