It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph S. Palmer (Glenville, New York), born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Palmer and Georgia Palmer (Herrick); and his son Jeffrey Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Palmer (Schwab); his daughters, Kimberly Willen (Joseph), Laurie Sills (Christopher) and Lisa Smith (Richard); and his sisters, Marilyn Kaveny (Robert) and Joan Tracey (Kenneth). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
