It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Phillips (Glenville, New York), born in Ballston Spa, New York, who passed away on February 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles L. Phillips; and her parents, Robert Hickok and Nellie Williams Hickok. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Liska, Michael Phillips (Elizabeth), Philip Phillips (Dennis), Karen Moeller (Kirk) and David Phillips (Cindy). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
