She was predeceased by : her husband John Guagliardo; her parents, Anthony Peters and Pauline Peters (Margiotta); and her siblings, Anthony and Mary Peters.

She is survived by : her daughters, Marie Guagliardo-Day (Michael) and Patty Brown (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Emma Hans and Alexander Brown. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and grand-nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glenville Funeral Home (9 Glenridge Rd, Glenville, NY 12302). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Philimena's honor to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
