He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Moran and Catherine Moran (Little); his wife Janet Moran (Herrington); and his siblings, Thomas Moran, Gertrude White and Alice VanPatten.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael and John Moran; and his sister Claire Helmbrecht. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
