He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Iacobucci and Lucy Iacobucci (DiCocco); his granddaughter Amy Jerome; his nephew Vernon Adams; and his sister Sandra Iacobucci.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Iacobucci (Haines); his children, Christine Iacobucci (Joseph Woelfel), Michelle Mazuryk (Richard), Thomas Iacobucci, Lisa Adamyk (Dean) and Mary Kathleen Sokal (Joseph); his grandchildren, Evan Iacobucci (Lindsey May), Alaina Iacobucci, Alec Iacobucci, Emary Iacobucci, Jacob Mazuryk (Claire Decker) and Alexis Iacobucci; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Phineas Oliver; his sister Joan Cinelli; and his sisters-in-law, Roberta Jevitt, Catherine O'Donnell and Mary Adams.
