It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merritt R. Hildreth (Glenville, New York), born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on October 15, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Frank Hildreth; his wife Jean Hildreth; and his siblings, Frank, Bertha, Donald, Vera and Leon.
He is survived by: his parent Ella Pangburn Hildreth; his children, Michelle Hildreth of Scotia, Jacqueline Kawola (Matthew) of Latham, Nanette Ciarlone of Scotia and Scott Hildreth of Scotia; his grandfather Samantha; and his siblings, Charles, Marian, Barbara, Shirley, Albert and Betty Mae. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
