He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Holly Lombardi and Bill Millington. He is survived by: his parents, Erica Millington and Mark Lombardi; his stepmother Jessica Foley; his sister Bella Lombardi; and his grandparents, Bob Lombardi (Lumpy) and Dukes. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
