He is survived by: his parents, Laurie Smith Alund (Bill) and Thomas Makuch Sr. (Oloerua); his wife Angela Makuch; his children, Nikolas and Jade Makuch; his stepchildren, Shyanne, Noryia, Sadie and Jaxon; his grandparents, Fredrick and Patsy Smith; and his siblings, Robert (Tara), Thomas Jr. and Barry Makuch (Amy). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
