She is survived by: her siblings, Rolando S. Guzman, Sr. (Estrella) and Lourdes S. Guzman (Mohamed); her nephews, Rollie Guzman (Tina), Angelo Guzman (Barbara), Jose Guzman (Cherry) and Joel Guzman (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Anthony, Emily, Kristine, Nate, Tommy, Morgan, Lorenz, Marian, Dylan and Mirabella; and her great grandchild Esmeralda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to Ellis Hospital.
