He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Polsinelli and Pasqua Cerone Polsinelli; and his siblings, Vincent Polsinelli, Florence Restifo and Anthony Polsinelli.
He is survived by: his sons, Lewis Polsinelli, Jr. (Darlene) and Ronald Polsinelli, Sr. (Lucia); his sister Philomena Mastroianni; his grandchildren, Ronald Polsinelli, Jr. (Marie), Cynthia McCloskey (Jamie) and Candice Huhtala; and his great grandchildren, Marcus, Stella, Owen, Giavanna and Enzo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
