He was predeceased by: his parent Alfonse A. Squadere; his wife Miriam J. Brisbois Squadere; his brothers, Lawrence Squadere and Jack Bourdeau; and his stepchildren, Stephanie and Michael.
He is survived by: his parent Lena M. Huneau Squadere; his children, Kenneth J. Squadere, Jr (Lisa) of Glenville, Miriam J. McBride (Leon) of Schenectady and Marlo J. Squadere (C. J.) of Schenectady; his brother Thomas Bourdeau; his grandchildren, Amanda, Alicia, Christina and Melissa; and his stepgrandchildren, David and Dylan. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
