We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021, at the age of 87, Janice K. Rourke (Glenville, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Frydel and Anthony Kozlowski; and her spouse Thomas G. Rourke. She is survived by: her nephew John Czernis of Tallahassee, FL; and her niece Peggy Czernis-Johnson of Vero Beach, FL. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Janice's name may be made to the Church of the Immaculate Conception 400 Saratoga Road Glenville, NY 12302, Community Hospice Foundation 310 S. Manning Blvd Albany, NY 12208 or a charity of one's choice.
