We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 76, James Giles Eignor (Glenville, New York), born in Halcott Center, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Eignor and Mary Eignor. He is survived by : his wife Ann M. Eignor (Thorington); his daughters, Kristen DiCerbo (Mike) of Avondale, AZ and Karla Reynolds (John) of Sterling, MA.; his grandson Bec Reynolds; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Green (Paul), Stanley Thorington and David Thorington (Audrey). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

“Ann, I was very saddened to learn of Jim's passing today. As you know I highly respected Jim and we had many wonderful work experiences at GE together. Jim's expert Civil Engineering knowledge was crucial in several high visibility California projects. In fact, Jim's California Professional Engineering certification helped develop a business-wide guide for all GE turbine projects in that state. Rest in peace my friend. It was my privilege to know and work with you.”
