He is survived by: his sons, Timothy O'Brien (Ruth Leadley) and Michael O'Brien (Mary Pellett); his stepchildren, Anne Lasky-Galka (Edward) and Matthew Lasky (Theresa); his stepdaughter-in-law Joann Perillo; his grandchildren, Laura Perkins, Kurt Leadley, Miranda Trembley, Robert "Bobby" Desormeaux, Alexandra Lasky and Aidan Lasky (Jackie); his great grandchildren, Josaphine Perkins, Parker Kennelly, Roman Abdella, Jack Lasky, Emily Lasky and Aubrey Ewigman; and his significant other Rosemary Conant.
