He is survived by: his wife Margaret Seman; his children, Michael Kopchik (Wendy), Joseph Kopchik (Kim) and Susan Kopchik; his grandchildren, Kathleen Moore (Cody), Keri Kopchik, Kira Kopchik and Casey Kopchik; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Jameson and Caden Moore.
