She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Parslow and Norma Parslow (Fenton); her husband Edward V. Uttberg; and her siblings, Milton Parslow, Olive Cary and Dorethea "Dimples" Brawner.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Franze (Mark), Melinda (late James), Smith (Dick Best) and Edward Uttberg Jr. (Karen); and her granddaughter Lizzie (Josh). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
