He is survived by: his daughters, Dannielle Mattes (Garrison) and Nicole O'Toole; his former wife Cynthia O'Toole (Colucco); his sister Kathleen Taylor (Robert); and his grandson Aspen Lee Mattes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends.
