He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kownack and Mary Kownack (Gaczkowski); and his siblings, Darlyn D'Ambrosio and Mary DiDonna. He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen A. Jennings; his children, Laura Tardio (Frank) and David Kownack; his siblings, Jim Kownack (Mary) and Susan Kownack; and his brothers-in-law, Charlie D'Ambrosio and Ron DiDonna.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Glenville Funeral Home (9 Glenridge Rd, Glenville, NY 12302). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
