He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Edward and Helen McAuliffe (Dotterer); his brother Edward Joseph; his wife Mary McAuliffe; and his son-in-law Chester J. Bieganski.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy H. Bieganski, Daniel E. McAuliffe and John S. McAuliffe; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Bieganski (Amanda), Daniel A. McAuliffe (Elizabeth), Marianne Poindexter (Chris), Nicole Edwards (Elliot) and R. Maxwell McAuliffe (Chelsea). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
