He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bevilacqua and Carol Bevilacqua (Connell). He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Budesheim; and his children, Corey (Carly), Anthony (Sara), Michael (Jasmine) and Gina (Ashwin). He is also survived by loving siblings and in-laws.
