He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brown and Geraldine Brown (Wilson); his siblings, Clay and Betty Jean Miller (Robert); and his father-in-law Stanley Lewinski.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, David Brown (Kathleen) and Vicki Brown (Stephen Roberts); his grandchildren, Haley and Christian "CJ" Brown; his mother-in-law Dorothy Lewinski; his siblings-in-law, Paul Lewinski (Judiann) and Lois Brown; his niece Sherri Kinneer; and also Sondra Bennet (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution's may be made in Charlie's name to the Community Hospice 310 S. Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208, the Church of the Immaculate Conception 400 Saratoga Road Glenville, NY 12302 or a charity of one's choice.
