He was predeceased by: his mother Mary J. Foster. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia G. Foster; his children, Charles P. Foster III, Cody E. Foster (Selena), Cameron V. Foster (Kat) and Carlee E. Foster; his granddaughter Shelby L. Foster; his father Charles P. Foster Sr.; and his siblings, Mary J. Boykin, Shannon D. Foster and Justin E. Foster (Davina). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
