She is survived by: her husband Salvatore; her children, Carol Kleine (Joseph) of Saratoga, NY and Dr. Kenneth Costa (Nancy); her grandchildren, Kristen Pruitt (Christopher), Michelle Bartlome (Joshua) and Michael Costa (Miriam); her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Harlowe, Cody, Kara, Joshua, Charlotte, Maxwell and Wallace; and her sister Rose Forte of Corinth, NY..
