He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Fronk and Elaine Fronk (Constantine); and his wife Marion Fronk. He is survived by: his children, Kim T. Dugan (Brian), Brian P. Fronk and James E. Fronk (Jessica); his grandchildren, Emily Palmieri (James), Ian Dugan (Laura), Noah Dugan, Tom Fronk, Madeline, Maxwell and Maebel Fronk; his great grandchildren, Liam Nesbitti, Rosie and Scout Dugan; and his brother Barry Fronk (Gwen).
