He is survived by: his children, Jason Matthew MacDowell, Ryan Alan MacDowell and Eric Andrew MacDowell; his wife Jacalyn Lee Mashuta MacDowell; and his grandsons, Brayden, Emmett, Isaac, Gerit, Josiah MacDowell, Nicholas MacDowell of Ballston Spa and Xander Wilke-MacDowell of Clifton Park. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
