He was predeceased by: his parents, D. Robert Rose and Miriam Rose; and his siblings, Helen, Robert and James.
He is survived by: his wife Alison; his children, Shawn Helen Nicosia (Raymond) and Cindy Ann Leonard-Rodriguez (Steven); his grandchildren, Shona, Alec, Cameron, Connor, Vincent, Antonio and Milani; and his sister Miriam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and countless friends.
Flowers are welcome, however, in lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory to the Red Cross would be appreciated.
