He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ellis and Alice Ellis (Bain); and his grandparents, Minnie Bain, Robert Bain, Eliza Ellis and Herbert Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandria; his children, Tim Ellis (Marilyn) of Argyle, Bill Ellis (Cathy) of Argyle and Linda Plisko (Joe) of Argyle; his grandchildren, Bill Ellis Jr., Joe Plisko Jr., Michelle Austin (Scott), Beth Ellis, Denise Herrington and Keela McWhorter (Brad); his great grandchildren, Dru, Brooke Austin, Peyton, Avery Ellis, Hailey and Hannah Herrington; and his brother Bob Ellis (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
