She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Gates and Lillian Gardner; her son Joseph Remington; her sisters, Violet Gates and Connie Stewart; her children, Melissa Hill (James), Sharon Remington, Jerrie Shaw (Don), Laurie Mumblo (Jim Blanchard) and Gerald Remington (April Gill); and her sisters, Frances Remington and Margrett Gates. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
