He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Allen and Ruth Allen (Sanders); his sister Peggy Fifield; and his nephews, Gary Townsend and Jonathan Fifield.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Allen; his children, Jeffrey (Susan Allen) and Theresa (John McKittrick); and his grandchildren, John Michael, Joseph, Gillian McKittrick, Christopher and Jessica Goodness. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
