It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Havens in Glens Falls, New York, born in Fort Edward, New York, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mullen and Eva Mullen (Trombley); her husband Malcolm Duane Havens; her siblings, Charlotte Forte (Richard), Jean Havens (Raymond), Jane Godfrey (James) and Charles "Coochie" Mullen; her brother-in-law Hugh Hudson; her nieces and nephews, Heidi Goodsell (Havens), Candace Schaperjahn (Forte), Timothy Forte, Robert Havens and Patrick Mullen; her son-in-law William Heslin III; and her sister-in-law Elsie O'Donnell.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Giacobbe (Harrington), Dawn Landsiedel (Therrien), Darlene Havens Piper of Schaghticoke, Jeffrey Havens (Mary) of Hudson Falls and Christopher Havens of Hudson Falls; her granddaughters, Heather Havens (John O'Connor) of Hudson Falls, Jessica Thorn (Adam) of Deer Park and Karen Havens of Portland, ME; her great grandchildren, Michael Carpenter and Alexander Thorn; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Mullen (Hess) of Fort Edward, Janet Hudson (Howard Brown) of Schenectady and Curtis Havens (June) of Inverness, FL.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
