She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Polski; the father of her child David Cauffiel; and her close friend Tony Adams. She is survived by: her mother Doris Polski; her sons, Joshua Cauffiel (Bobbye) and Daniel Cauffiel (Kerri); her grandchildren, Kayleigh (Brandon), Sydnee, Nathanial, Gabryel, Lily, Serenity and Christian; her siblings, Bob Polski (Veronica), Keith Polski (Holly) and Sue Ialongo; and also, Sonya, Brenna, Trinity, Serenity, Natalie and Tony. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
