He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Belisle and Mary Belisle (LaPointe); his wife Rita E. Lanzo of Mary's Church; his daughter Maria Belisle Lapan; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Rafferty and Eleanor Wittman.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Belisle of Queensbury, Michelle Harger (Jeffrey) of New Hill, NC and Marcie Belisle of Raleigh, NC; his grandsons, Logan and Austin Harger; his siblings-in-law, Marianna Rafferty, Jim Wittman and James (Diane Lanzo); and his close friend Gary Holmquist. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home- SGF (136 Main St, South Glens Falls, NY 12803). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Church (80 Saratoga Ave, South Glens Falls, NY 12803). A committal service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
