She was predeceased by: her parents, Jere McCarthy and Laura McCarthy (Campbell). She is survived by: her husband George "Jake" Jacobs; her daughter Marie Jacobs Johnston; her brother Richard "Dick" McCarthy (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Andrea Jacobs (Johnston) and Daniel Johnston.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may be made to St. George's Antiochian Orthodox Church.
