He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz H. Sundberg and Anna Sundberg (Holmquist); his brother Richard Mac Donald; and his grandson Tyrus. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Sundberg (Guernsey); and his children, Kristine (John), Michael (Lynne), Stephen (Belinda) and Andrew. He is also survived by five granddaughters; five grandsons; two great-granddaughters; and three great-grandsons.
