He is survived by: his wife Charlene O'Neil Toben; his daughter Debra Toben Stark (Kyle) of Saratoga Springs, NY; his grandchildren, Devin Stark, Ashlynne Stark and Zachary Stark; and his brother Stephen Toben (Lynn) of New Freedom, PA. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
