He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Chambers; his brother Lawrence Chambers; and his nephew Randy Jenks. He is survived by: his mother Lena Coons (Underwood) of Warrensburg; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law Ed O'Brien of Wilton; and his nieces and nephews, Robin Jenks, Zachary Potter-Chambers and Cale Potter-Chambers.
