He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Millington and Lillian Millington (Washburn); and his sister Pauline Millington. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Vogler (Shands); his children, Anna Davis (Paul), Starla Utley (Rob) and Dale Millington (Fawn); his stepchildren, Lori Vogler and Bill Vogler; his nieces, Linda Bredenko and Sandra Stanton; his nephew John Walker; his pet Callie; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Ruff (Earl), Jack Shands (Ellen) and Richard Shands (Peggy). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Marvin's memory to a charity of one's choice.
