He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Levine and Sara Levine (Alpert); his siblings, Robert, Daniel and Belle; his wife Sue Levine (Patack); his grandchildren, Justin, Rachel and Eli; his children, Lisa Levine (Jay Cloutier) of Albany, Debbie Tegen (Paul) of Manchester Center and Larry Levine (Jennifer) of Jericho Vermont; and his sister Lenore Zislin (Zislin). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In remembrance of Marshall's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
