He is survived by: his mother Christa Van Wormer (Spitzbarth); his sons, Jack Karl Van Wormer and Dewa Van Wormer (Novie Van Wormer); his sisters, Kimberly Gill (Van Wormer) and Dawn Saenz (Van Wormer); his nephews, Brady, Matthew and Sean; his niece Sydnee; his stepmother Helen Van Wormer; his uncles, Norman Van Wormer (Alice Zalucki), Kurt Spitzbarth (Meiyan) and Erik Spitzbarth (Diane); and his close friend Bubba. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends and his cat.
