It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mario Anthony Basta (Glens Falls, New York), who passed away on May 28, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Carmelo Basta; his brother John Basta; and his nephew Jacob Basta. He is survived by: his parent Verna Basta; his wife Renee Basta (DuBois) of Glens Falls; his children, Tonia Balfour, Brian Greene of Queensbury and Michele Mallory (Timothy) of Moreau; his grandchildren, Breana Mallory, Connor Mallory, Aedan Mallory and Owen Balfour; his siblings, Michael Basta of Florida and Mary Tibbs (Edward) of Missouri; his sister-in-law Sarah Basta of Rochester; and also Peter Basta (Pauline) of Vermont. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
