She was predeceased by: her parent Emery Zapher; her son Ernest Leon Lewis; and her siblings, Roydon, Ralph, Sargenet, Giesler, Ella and Addie.
She is survived by: her parent Julia Cleavland (French); her spouse Ernest F. Lewis; her son Michael Lewis (Loriann); her grandchildren, Amanda Lewis (Claudio), Michael Lewis II (Jess) and Fredrick Lewis (Dene); her great grandchildren, Stephen, Madison, Marley, Rodney, Blake and Isabela; and her sisters-in-law, Elsie Etu and Gertrude Cionek. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins; a very special niece, Priscilla for caring for her the past four months and special friends.
Memorial donations in Lucilea's name can be made to a charity one's choice.
