He is survived by: his children, Brian Hayward (Karen), David Hayward, Jim Hayward (Michelle), Mary Beth Hayward (Ashley), Diane Karafanda (Bill), Annie Hayward (Craig) and Daniel Hayward (Jessica); and his sister Anne Burns.
