She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Bolster; her parents, Althea Frye (Bolton) and Harry B. Frye; and her siblings, Billy Frye and Sarah "Sally" Frye (Robert).
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Webster (Ronald) of Glens Falls, Robert Bolster (Trina) of Cape Elizabeth and Jan Reynolds (Daniel) of Glens Falls; her sister Ann Frye of Annapolis; her grandchildren, Timothy Webster (Tracy), Andrew Webster (Sara), Matthew Webster, Aryn Bolster, Hayley Cole and Christopher Reynolds; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Mia, Liam, Callan and Niall Webster. She is also survived by many other cousins, nephews, and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be given in memory of Joyce to High Peaks Hospice, 454 Glen Street, Glens Falls NY 12801.
