He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael F. Doyle and Anna Doyle (Hood); his wife Shirley; his son John W Doyle, Jr.; his brothers, Ray Doyle, Ralph Doyle, Patrick Doyle (Christy), Mike Doyle (Joan "Peg"), George Doyle (Myra) and James Doyle; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Clear and Robert Geroux.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Doyle (Dana Hyde) of Hudson Falls and Richard Doyle (Stephanie) of Hudson; his daughter-in-law Earlene Doyle of Hudson Falls; his grandchildren, Nathan Doyle, Aaron Doyle, Ashley Doyle, Shawn Doyle, Erica Doyle-Mason and John W. Doyle, III; his sister Anna Jane Clear; his sisters-in-law, Janet Geroux and Sharon Doyle; and his aunt Virginia Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
