He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Bingham and Myrtle Bingham; his son Jason Chadwick; his friend Mary Morris; and his pet Sassy.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Chadwick; his brothers, Leonard Chadwick (Gail), Richard Therrian (Penny) and Danny Therrian; and his children, Christine Perkins (Allen), John Chadwick, Jr. (Vicki), Richard Chadwick (Amber), Jacqueline Beckwith, Heather Nowicki, Guy Chadwick (Jen), Nathan Chadwick (Angelica), Christine Baker (Travis), Shawn Chadwick (Paige), Josh Shaw and David Mattison (Sarah). He is also survived by twenty two grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
