He was predeceased by: his father Norman Salisbury (Diane Bertrand); his wife Kathleen A. Salisbury; and his father John Jack Dyer (Ann Thompson). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Salisbury, Shaun Salisbury and Meaghan Salisbury (Robert Lavarnway); his grandchildren, Jordan, Joshua Salisbury and Elijah Lavarnway; and his sisters, Darcie Henderson (James), Rachel Salisbury-Griffen, Arlene and Darlene Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
