He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Hayes and Elizabeth Hayes (Cleveland); his siblings, Joseph R., Edward J. Hayes and Jeanne M. Kellogg; and his daughter Stacey J. Lee (Hayes).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hayes (Hitchcock); his daughter Julie J. Bresonis (Patrick); his siblings, Fred Hayes, J. Thomas Hayes (Cathy), Janette Biggs (Scott) and Richard Hayes (Sandy); his grandchildren, Brittany, Alysa, Brianda, Lyndsey, Matthew, Ryan, Sophia and Emilia; and his great grandchildren, Myla and Wesley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
