He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Dow and Celestia Dow (Hall); and his brother Ralph Dow. He is survived by: his children, Jackie, Jeremy, Jennifer and Nicole Dow; and his siblings, Beverly Stevens, Marjorie Ware, Virginia Casey, Douglas Dow (Diane), Gerald Dow (Eve) and Melonie Doyle (Russ). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
