She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cook and Thelma Cook (Fitzgerald); and her son Donald Curtis Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald Curtis Sr.; her grandson Scott Curtis; her sister Patricia Boulet (George); her nephew Jeff Curtis (Mary); and her great-nieces, Alexis and Morgan Curtis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
